Rolly Bulatao recovers, might be fit to travel soon

Rolly Bulatao is now feeling better at Rajavithi Hospital in Victory Monument, Bangkok.

His official medical report from the hospital shows that Bulatao has not suffered from any serious diseases as earlier reported. The medical report was obtained upon the request of the Philippine Embassy in Bangkok.

Bulatao has already expressed his desire to go back to his family in the Philippines. He can now do personal chores without being assisted. This was relayed by Gloria Nonato, a licensed Filipina caregiver based in Bangkok who is taking care of Bulatao.

Earlier today, Bulatao walked around the hospital with Nonato. Kababayan at Kapamilya sa Thailand (KKT) officers have led a fundraising campaign for Bulatao’s medication.

Meanwhile, the group is still asking for more help to finance Bulatao’s continuous medication. If his condition continues to improve, Bulatao might be able to obtain fit to travel document to fly back to the Philippines within next week.

As coordinated by the  Bulatao’s family in the Philippines through Philippine Embassy, all donations will be coursed through the KKT group.

Donations can be deposited to the account number below. It is owned by Ms. Jhoi Lizada of Kababayan at Kapamilya sa Thailand (KKT).
