Philippine Embassy’s consular outreach in Phuket will be held on August 25-26 at Novotel Vintage Park Resort, said latest announcement on August 16.
NOVOTEL VINTAGE PARK RESORT is located at 89 Rat U Thit 200 Pee Rd., Patong Beach, Phuket, Thailand.
In a press release, the Embassy added:
“Consular services will be from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, 25 August 2018, and from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sunday, 26 August 2018.

Filipinos in Phuket and neighboring provinces are encouraged to avail of consular services.
SERVICES AVAILABLE IN ALL OUTREACH PROGRAMS:
- PASSPORT APPLICATIONS (new, renewal, lost or damaged passports). Please bring original passport and a photocopy of the passport data page. For lost passports, bring a police report with English translation.

Requests for passport claim at the outreach should be sent by email at least two days before the outreach.
