DFA sets new regulations on Apostille documents

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) has announced that starting April 14, 2025, all documents needing Apostille certification can now submit their documents online through the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), and may not need to visit the DFA center. 

For documents like Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Advisory on Marriage and Certificate of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR), individuals must access it through www.apostille.gov.ph, and click on the FULLY ONLINE APOSTILLE SERVICE FOR PSA DOCUMENTS icon.

You may pay by using the Landbank LinkBiz. Choose DFA Apostille plus PSA Document and pay P500.00 for the Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate and Advisory on Marriage and P560.00 for the CENOMAR.

Individuals need not to book an appointment to pick up the documents however, they should follow the given date suggested on their emails sent by the PSAHelpline at
