Chef Dards is back with more Filipino dishes, and this time, he was able to prepare authentic Filipino dishes at the Thai International Travel Fair 2018, a five-day travel and exposition event that happened last February 7-11, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
Chef Dards was more than happy to showcase what genuine Filipino foods are through this expo. The event was also participated in by different travel agencies, airline companies and both government offices and private institutions. Chef Dards, together with his foods, was already featured in both Thai and Philippine TV.
In a Facebook exchange through his page, “This is [a] bigger event, more participants, bigger venue and I am given the chance to set my menu and showcase it in my very own creative way,” he said.
His five-day set menu included lechon liempo, mango salad with century egg in fried molo wrapper, sapin sapin (glutinous rice flour with jackfruit), pancit palabok, spring roll and so much more.
