Filipino teachers in Chula project attend training for online teaching

Filipino teachers working under Chulalongkorn University Nonthaburi Project (CUNP) attended the Training Workshop for Online Teaching at Richmond Hotel in Nonthaburi.

The first two sessions were conducted on August 8-9 with 40 teacher participants each following social distancing measures policy all over the country. The rest of the sessions will be on August 16 and 23.

“The training is designed to help educators become equipped in online teaching given the new normal situation caused by the coronavirus pandemic”, said Jaycee Dilan, Filipino educator and one of the training organizers along with Chulalongkorn University heads and professors. Dilan is CUNP’s teacher coordinator and the Foreign Language head at his school.

Chulalongkorn University is the country’s top university. Around 200 Filipino teachers are working at CUNP.
