Three Filipino teachers spend their school break to help orphans and abandoned children in Kanchanaburi Bamboo School in Bongti Saiyok, Kanchanburi. Every school break, Jaycel Abulencia, an Arts teacher and his friends regularly volunteer in different schools and foundations that take care of underprivileged children.
Jaycel and his friends teach English to students, cook food for them and also help in doing some house chores. They also spend their own money for transportation and all other expenses during their stay in the orphanage. They would spend five days from October 1-5, 2018.
If you want to join and make your next school break more meaningful, you can contact Jaycel or Momo via Facebook. Kudos to our young teachers!
