The Cabinet on Tuesday 14 May 2019 approved the proposal of the Secretariat to assign June 3 each year as a national holiday to mark the birth
This proposal was made in response to the Royal Decree issued by the King on 1 May 2019 naming General Suthida Vajiralongkorn Na Ayudhya as the new Queen. This was followed by another Royal Decree issued on 4 May 2019 during the Coronation Day conferring the Queen her royal title
Her Majesty Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana with full royal honors following royal traditions.
