Jill Mariano Daniel’s body to be repatriated on Friday

Jail Mariano Daniel’s body will be repatriated on Friday, October 11 from Bangkok to Manila, Philippines. There will be a short viewing of his remains on Friday, 3:00 pm at Asia One Teck Hong Funeral in Bangkok (near Asiatique).

Daniel, 35, succumbed to head injuries he sustained from the accident in Sukhothai, north of Thailand. He hailed from Benguet and Cervantes, Ilocos Sur. He was also the PRO of the Association of Cordillerans in Thailand (ACT).

Fundraising campaigns led by Association of Cordillerans in Thailand (ACT) and other groups and individuals were able to raise enough funds for the immediate repatriation of his remains.

“We would also like to take this opportunity to express our deepest appreciation to each and every one who in one way or the other helped the family of Mr. Daniel in this time loss,” ACT said.
