The 9-day Misa de Gallo has started at Holy Redeemer Church in Bangkok today, December 16.
Program starts at 5:00 AM for nine mornings until December 24. The first day of Misa de Gallo or Simbang Gabi is sponsored by the Philippine Embassy in Bangkok.
“Everyone is invited to experience this particular devotional practice of Advent – joyfully brought by the Filipino Catholics in Bangkok and was first held at Holy Redeemer Church on 16 December 1977,” posted on CCD Holy Redeemer Church Facebook page.
