NCAA launches digital art contest for overseas Filipino youth on work of Jose Rizal; winners to get 120,000 pesos

The Philippine Embassy in Thailand is pleased to announce that in celebration of Dr. Jose Rizal’s 160th Birth Anniversary this year, the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), in partnership with the Sentro Rizal of all Philippine Foreign Service Posts, has recently launched the

RIZAL@160 TULARAWAN Digital Art Contest 2021 for Overseas Filipino Youth

Filipinos based in Thailand ages 18 to 35 are invited to join the competition by creating an original digital artwork based on the poetry of Dr. Jose Rizal. A total of Php120,000 will be given away to five (5) successful competition winners.

For more information, attached are NCCA announcements on the general guidelines/ mechanics of the contest. Deadline for submission of entries is on 15 October 2021. Entries may be sent to the Embassy Sentro Rizal email address: bangkokpe.cultural@dfa.gov.ph.
