Philippine Airlines cancelled its Bangkok-Manila flight on September 22. It will be merged with its flight on September 29.
“We were informed by PAL head office in Manila that the flight on September 22 (PR731) will be cancelled due to arrival capacity set by the Philippine Government at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport”, said in an email sent by PAL Thailand office to passengers.
Later on, the PAL head office also sent an email to passengers.
“We would like to inform you that there are changes to your upcoming flight from Bangkok (BKK) – Manila (MNL) due to adjustments in our flight operations,” PAL head office said in an email.

Please take note of the following reminders:
- Only Filipino Passport Holders will be allowed to board these flights.
- Passengers must present a valid negative Covid-19 RT-PCR test taken within 48 hours before departure and must undergo a second RT-PCR test after 7 days of quarantine in the Philippines.
- Passengers must present the One Health Pass QR code prior to aircraft boarding. Register through https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph/e-HDC/ and completely fill out all required fields.
- Passengers will be subjected to 10 days facility-based quarantine upon arrival.
All land-based and sea-based OFWs will be billeted in BOQ-designated stringent quarantine hotels (please see specific list below), coordinated by PAL with the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) and the Department of Tourism (DOT). The Quarantine hotels for OFWs will be paid and assigned by OWWA.
Hotel transfers of sea-based OFWs should be arranged by their LMA (Local Manning Agency).
Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROFs) or non-OFWs should have a confirmed quarantine hotel reservation for 10 days/9 nights in the same BOQ-designated stringent quarantine facilities.
