In view of the directive of the Philippine government cancelling domestic air travel to and from Manila from March 15 to April 14 to protect the citizenry from COVID-19, Philippine Airlines advises passengers of these affected flights to avail of any of the following options:
1. Rebook their flight to a new travel date after April 14, 2020, with waivers of rebooking fees
2. Refund the full cost of the ticket with waivers of refund fees
3. Reroute their ticket on the same fare class; fare difference rules apply
For holders of tickets issued by PAL, please call Reservations Hotline (+63 2) 8855 8888, or visit the nearest PAL ticketing office or log on to the ManageMyBookingPortal at www.philippineairlines.com for flight rebooking.
For holders of tickets issued by travel agents, please contact or visit the nearest partner travel agency of PAL for your rebooking needs.
Our international flights and domestic flights on routes to and from Cebu, Clark and Davao (other than Manila) shall continue to operate within the period March 15 to April 14.
This is a developing situation. We shall provide further updates. As of this time, we are awaiting the official guidelines in relation to the implementation of this temporary suspension of domestic flights to/from Manila.
