There will be a Philippine Airlines (PAL) flight from Bangkok to Cebu on July 1 at 1:30 PM.

Passengers will undergo a COVID-19 test upon arrival. Hotel accommodation at Department of Health (DOH) accredited hotels in Cebu for at least two days while waiting for the COVID-19 test result is also needed. Expenses will be shouldered by passengers.
Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) will pay for COVID-19 test and hotel expenses of OFWs. However, they need to register at http://oasis.owwa.gov.ph and Red Cross https://e-cif.redcross.org.ph.
