PCU president says Bellarmine Global Education is exclusive partner in Thailand

Philippine Christian University (PCU) President Dr. Junifen Gauuan signed an affidavit upholding the exclusive rights of Bellarmine Global Education (BGEd) to operate transnational programs in Thailand, August 19.

This was after a certain “Hardel OFW” claimed on Facebook that he had also been authorized by PCU to offer transnational programs in the Kingdom.

The affidavit shows that PCU has entered into an exclusive partnership with BGEd to market and jointly operate its transnational programs effective February 11, 2016 until February 10, 2021. BGEd is a part of St Robert’s Group of Companies owned by Dr. Robert Galindez.

Dr. Galindez has also been designated as the Dean of the Transnational Education Program in Thailand, the affidavit added.

“Dr Junifen Gauuan, PCU president signs an Affidavit upholding the exclusive rights of BGEd to operate TNE program in Thailand. May this serve as a warning to scammers and a reminder to Filipinos not to fall prey to illegal activities. PCU Thailand is only with BGEd and there is no other,” said Galindez on his Facebook post along with the affidavit.

PCU offers undergraduate and graduate degrees through St. Robert’s Group of Companies, a leading educational institution in Thailand.
