To further assist the Filipino Community in far-flung provinces, the Philippine Embassy in Bangkok will hold a consular outreach program on December 10, 2016 at AL’S RESORT KOH SAMUI in Surat Thani.
The said outreach program on Saturday will start from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm. The venue is located at 200 Moo 2, Chaweng Beach, Bophut District, Koh Samui, Surat Thani 84320.
Consular services include passport applications (renewal, lost and damaged passports), passport release, civil registry (birth, marriage, death), notarial services (authentication, certification, acknowledgment, affidavit, special power of attorney), overseas voting registration and embassy identification cards.
In applying for the embassy registration card, applicants are advised to bring original passport, photocopy of passport and one (1×1) ID photo.
