To further assist the Filipino Community in far-flung provinces, the Philippine Embassy in Bangkok will hold a two-day consular outreach program on December 2-3, 2016 in Novotel Hotel and Resort in Phuket.
The said outreach program will start on Friday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm. Novotel is located at 282 Phrabaramee Road, Patong, Phuket 83150.
Consular services include passport applications (renewal, lost and damaged passports), passport release, civil registry (birth, marriage, death), notarial services (authentication, certification, acknowledgment, affidavit, special power of attorney), overseas voting registration and embassy identification cards.
In applying for the embassy registration card, applicants are advised to bring original passport, photocopy of passport and one (1×1) ID photo.
