Thailand Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has arrived in Manila on Tuesday, November 17 for 2015 APEC Leaders’ Meeting.
The Thai premier who arrived at 7:30 pm was welcomed by CHED Commissioner Patricia B. Licuanan and other members of the Philippine delegation. A photo posted on APEC 2015 Facebook page shows former Consul General to Thailand Edgar Badajos with Prime Min. Prayut.
