This is the Google Registration Form for Filipinos who want to avail the Special Chartered Flight being arranged by Bangkok Vista Holiday, Piyavate Hospital, PinoyThiyo and other Filipino community leaders this month, August 2020.
The chartered flight will be arranged by the same Thai-Filipino-owned company that is currently doing special chartered flights from Bangkok to Manila. Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ) will be in partnership with Piyavate Hospital. If there is enough number of passengers, a tentative flight can be arranged within this month (August) as soon as Thailand issues Certificate of Entry (COE) to foreign nationals with Work Permit. If you are interested, kindly fill up this google form (LINK) with your full name, Philippine mobile number, email, COE and work permit status.
A total of 180 passengers are needed to make this flight possible. If there is a sufficient number, Bangkok Vista Holiday Co., Ltd. will contact/email the registrants for the next steps.
This community initiative is also subject to the grant of flight clearances and permits from the Philippine and Thai governments with proper coordination with the Philippine Embassy in Bangkok.
