Filipina runner receives “ASEAN Together Run 2019” award.

Jobelle Majhen of Banaue, Ifugao joined 14 other awardees from 8 ASEAN countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Myanmar, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and the Philippines.
