Chavit Singson, Perfecto Yasay & Peter Lavina to attend PCU graduation in Bangkok

Aside from overseas Filipino workers (OFW) and expat graduates, those who are joining the graduation rites are Philippine mayors, councilors and government employees who are enrolled at the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) Legislative Academy.
