Starting May 1, all foreign visitors must now complete the Thai Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) before arriving in Thailand, which now replaces the TM6 paper form. The TDAC must be submitted online and will require the traveller to disclose their personal details, travel plans, and accommodation information, as posted on Thaiger Facebook page.
However, key details are yet to be made clear as officials have “yet to confirm where or how travellers will submit the TDAC; whether airlines will refuse boarding without it, or if changes to travel plans will require resubmission.” The same report continues that the TDAC may double as a customs declaration form.
