Not only Filipinos in Thailand and abroad have heeded to the call to raise funds for OFWs affected by COVID-19. Thai nationals and those married to Thais have also taken up the mantle to help.
Here are some photos of a Thai lawyer who accompanied ALSE volunteers to buy sardines and noodles at Tesco Lotus Ladprao on Sunday. The goods were donated by two Thai lawyers from the Association of Thai Lawyers in Thailand.
Aside from her group, some Thais also sent cash donations.
A number of Filipinas married to Thai nationals also took the lead to help.
