BANGKOK, Thailand. The kingdom recorded 14,900 new Covid-19 cases during the past 24 hours and 26 more deaths, the Public Health Ministry announced on Monday morning.
14,708 of these cases are from local and 192 are imported ones.
It is a bit shy of the 15,882 Covid-19 cases reported on Sunday morning with 24 fatalities.
9,810 Covid-19 patients were discharged from hospitals on Sunday, February 13 after recovering from the virus.
Thailand has now 2,609,209 Covid-19 cases since the pandemic started in 2020, where 2,455,504 of these have complete recoveries. The accumulated death record is 22,462.
This year, Thailand logs 369,892 Covid cases so far and a death toll of 764. The highest number of Covid-related fatalities in a 24-hour period was 312 recorded on Aug 13. The highest number of cases was 23,418 on Aug 18.
