The Secretariat for the 3rd Filipino Community Leaders’ Congress took oath with Consul General Mary Ann Padua at the Philippine Embassy in Bangkok, June 5, 2017.
FCLC Secretariat is composed of several community leaders from different organizations. It is being led by Marlon Sipe, President of the Association of Filipinos in Thailand Khonkaen Chapter and founder of FCLC.
Vice Consul Jim Minglana and Tourism and Cultural Attache Edith Mallillin also attended the oath taking ceremony.
Other members of the Secretariat present were Marlon Sipe (AFT-Khon Kaen), Ignacio Largado (Ubon Ratchatani), Nelly Palpallatoc (OFW (Quick Servant), Jezreel Mallari Llanera (Pinoy Thaiyo), Sherwin Inigo (PINSAN), Jacob Tibio (OFW Quick Servant), and Adelaida Panchamnong (Adviser).
