Philippine Christian University in partnership with St Robert’s Group of Companies has produced 18 newly graduates with bachelor’s degrees in Secondary Education major in English in a commencement exercises in Bangkok, Thailand on September 11, 2016.
The ceremony was held at Baiyoke Suite Function Hall in Pratunam at 9:00 in the morning.
The event was attended by senior university officials such as Dr. Kathleen Rose L. Guimbatan, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Dr. Ruth G. de Lara, Board Secretary of PCU Board of Trustees; Dr. Marites D. Mercado, Dean, College of Education and Allied Programs; and Ms. Carol A. Mendillo, Acting University Registrar.
Dr. Robert F. Galindez, St Robert’s Group of Companies Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Pisit Chaimongkol, 1st President & COO of Bellarmine Global Education also led the graduation ceremony.
Meanwhile, two distinguished Thai educators delivered the commencement address and inspirational message. Dr. Pudthachad Sucharitakul, Director of Ladybird Pattaya International School served as the commencement speaker while Dr. Apindang Chamnong, School Director of Sanpatong Suwannarat Witayakarn inspired the graduates with his message.
The graduates were later welcomed and inducted to the PCU Alumni Association.
