Ateneo OF-LIFE LSE Thailand is now accepting online enrollees across the country.
The 12-session empowerment program for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) aims to transform the mindsets of the target participants and their families and build their capacities on leadership, social innovation, financial literacy, and Social Entrepreneurship skills.
The target participants will gain knowledge and experiences of the identified areas from business enthusiasts and top caliber professors of Ateneo de Manila University.
The entire program will run for six months and culminates with one mock-up and one final business plan presentations.
The program is designed for Filipinos working in ‘3D’ types of jobs (difficult, demeaning, de-skilling or dangerous, hence the training fee for those with non-corporate jobs is THB 4,500 while those with corporate jobs have to pay the amount of THB 9,000. Interested participants can choose to pay in full or installment, but those who opt for installment should pay the registration fee of THB 500.
Ateneo OF-LIFE LSE adopts virtual classes which starts at 8:30 and ends at 5:00 in the afternoon. Classes will commence on October 17, 2021 and the succeeding sessions will be held every other Sunday of the month.
Ateneo OF-LIFE LSE has been operating for years and has already produced a huge number of graduates from multiple cities of Asia and Europe. In Thailand, 42 OFWs (Batch 75) completed the course in 2019 while 38 OFWs (Batch 91) graduated in 2020. Graduates received an Ateneo certificate and were accepted by the university as alumni.
The current Secretariat in Thailand are Mr. Dandrub Belleza, Mr. Nick Alfred Umadhay, Mr. John Aaron Gatdula, Ms. Venice Bautista, Mrs. Rouen Udang, and Mrs. Genevieve Fernando.
Ateneo OF-LIFE LSE Thailand operates in partnership with Philippine Trade and Investment Center (PTIC) in Bangkok and PinoyThaiyo.
