The Philippines' Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) has revised arrival guidelines as part of efforts to prevent the spread of new COVID-19 variants.

No more quarantine for Thailand-Singapore (vice versa) vaccinated travelers beginning Dec 14, 2021

This means that vaccinated passengers from Thailand to Singapore (and vice versa) will no longer be quarantined once they arrive at their respective destinations, but Covid-19 testing is still in effect.
