The Philippines’ largest local budget airline is introducing its new Iloilo-Bangkok route soon.
Cebu Pacific, said in a statement, that it will soon be flying directly from Thailand’s Don Mueang International Airport three times a week starting March 31. Flights will be every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
According to a news article done by the ABS-CBN News, this makes Bangkok the third international destination made from Iloilo International Airport. With Hong Kong and Singapore as its first two.
To promote the new flight route, the budget airline is launching a piso fare sale from February 12 to 16. Flying time can be anywhere from March 31 to October 25, 2025.
“Strengthening our Iloilo hub allows us to connect even more passengers from the Western Visayas region to exciting destinations across our international network,” says Cebu Pacific President Xander Lao, adding that the company is excited to give more Filipinos the opportunity to explore Bangkok.
