A small, unidentified explosive device exploded at Ratchadamnoen Klang Avenue in downtown Bangkok (not far from Khao San road) last Wednesday night, April 5, injuring 2 civilians.
Police investigation says that 2 civilians were emptying their trash in front of the old lottery office when the explosives went off past 8pm. Among the injured is a minor. As of posting, these explosives have been confirmed to be ping-pong bombs.
No group has yet claimed responsibility to this act of terror and its purpose.
