A free seminar entitled “The Filipino in Thailand and the Do’s and Don’ts of Thai Immigration Law” will be held on August 10, Saturday, 1:00-3:00 pm at Gabriel Foundation Building in Bangkok. Registration is free and light snacks will be served.
The event is organized by Brotherhood of Christian Businessmen and Professionals (BCBP), a group of Filipino businessmen in Bangkok.
Thai lawyer Atty. Jirasak Taosiri of SIAM Attorney will be giving the talk. Seminar topics include the following:
- Thai Immigration Law and how it affects the Filipino in Thailand
- The Visa options for the Filipino in Thailand
- Boarder Exit / Visa Run – Do’s and Don’ts
- Penalties / Detention / Deportation
- Case Presentation
A Question and Answer portion will also be available to the participants to clarify matters of concern regarding Immigration Law.
