Guide on arrival and quarantine procedures in the Philippines as of November 29

International Passengers must follow the new arrival and quarantine procedures in Bohol, Cebu, Clark, Davao, Laoag, Manila, and Subic mandated by PAL and the Philippine Government.

All passengers are encouraged to follow the guide, register in advance and pre-book their hotels as necessary to avoid any inconvenience and experience faster processing upon arrival.

Risk Classification Lists

Green List
American Samoa, Bhutan, Chad, China (mainland), Comoros, Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Falkland Islands (Malvinas), Federated States of Micronesia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Hong Kong (Special Administrative Region of China), India, Indonesia, Japan, Kosovo, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Malawi, Morocco, Namibia, Niger, Northern Mariana Islands, Oman, Pakistan, Palau, Paraguay, Rwanda, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Sint Eustatius, Sudan, Taiwan, Togo, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Zambia

The testing and quarantine protocols of Minors shall follow the testing and quarantine protocol of the parent/guardian traveling with them, regardless of the minor’s vaccination status, and country of origin.

RETURNING FILIPINOS onlyMust be part of a government-initiated, non-government-initiated, and Bayanihan repatriation flights Mandatory 14-day facility-based quarantine7th day swabbing ** Passengers already in transit and all those who have been to the countries/territories/jurisdictions above-mentioned within fourteen (14) days immediately preceding arrival to the Philippines, who arrive before 0001H of November 30, 2021, shall not be subject to the  restriction from entry, but shall be required to undergo facility-based quarantine for fourteen (14) days with testing on the seventh 7th day, with day 1 being the date of arrival, notwithstanding a negative Reverse Transcription – Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) result.Passengers who have already arrived before to 28 November 2021 and are currently undergoing quarantine pursuant to the classifications of their country of origin, shall complete their respective testing and quarantine protocols. – based on the protocol set upon their arrival.All passengers, whether Filipinos or foreigners, merely transiting on the above-mentioned countries and were not cleared by Immigration will not be restricted.
