For system and service efficiency improvements, the Kasikornbank (K-Bank) temporarily suspends its services on July 17-19, 2015. The service suspension falls on a weekend which starts on Friday at 10:00 p.m. of July 17 and ends on Sunday at 10:00 p.m. of July 19.
The following are the channels and services that are not available on the said dates:
- Kasikorn bank branches
- Transactions via K-ATM card, K-Debit card, K-Express Cash at ATMs of KBank and other banks
- K-Web Shopping Card
- K-ATMs, K-CDMs and K-PUMs
- All channels of KBank electronic banking services: K-Mobile Banking PLUS, K-Cyber Banking, Self Service via K-Contact Center
However, credit cards are not affected and it can still be used for payments as usual.
The public is also advised to do transactions in advance and prepare enough cash during the period. The bank wanted to apologize for any inconvenience it may give to the public.
