Love for his girlfriend proved to be the best luck of a 27-year old social worker when he won a P16 million lotto jackpot prize from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on Friday. The lone bettor who hailed from Quezon City said the winning combination 05-11-21-24-32-42 came from the birthdate of his fiancee.
PCSO General Manager Jose Ferdinand M. Rojas II personally turned over the check to the winner on Friday. The man who has been betting on lotto for about five years now said he would donate some of his winnings to the church, give a part of it to his parents and relatives and save the remaining for his future family.
Philippine lotto draws are held from Mondays to Sundays at 9:00 PM.
