Officers of the Filipino Community in Koh Samui will take their oath of office on Friday, October 6, six o’clock in the evening at Tumali Restaurant in Chaweng.
Consul Jay Alcantara, First Secretary and Head of the Political Section will lead the oathtaking. Some Embassy officials will also grace the event. A consular outreach program will be held on Saturday at The Avenue Samui.
Registration will open at 6:00 pm while program proper and dinner will start from 7:00 to 11:00 pm. Aside from oathtaking, there will be raffle draws and a number of presentations.
