To personally assist and explain the company’s property finance for foreigners, MBK Guarantee Ltd is inviting interested Filipinos to a meet and greet session at its head office on the 12th floor of MBK Tower on April 6, 2016 from 6-8 p.m..
The meeting is arranged for the sole purpose of meeting Filipinos who are interested in owning properties in the kingdom. There is an estimate of over 100,000 Filipino expats in Thailand most of whom work as professionals.
MBK Guarantee Ltd, a subsidiary of MBK Group of Companies and leading foreigner property financier in Thailand offers up to 80% of property finance to all interested buyers. Its main business is to provide mortgage loan for foreigners and short term for bridging loans.
Only 15 people will be accommodated and the said event is a first come, first served basis. Succeeding meetups will also be held to entertain other interested buyers.
