Due to the arrival capacity set by the Philippine government at Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila, we regret to advise you that your flight PR731 from Bangkok [BKK] to Manila (MNL) on September 1, 2021 will depart on August 31, 2021, PR737 instead. PR737 will depart Bangkok on August 31 at 1410H and estimated to arrive in Manila at 1825H, confirmed PAL via email sent to passengers.
PAL Bangkok-Manila flight on September 8 has also been moved to September 9.
PAL has already started sending an online survey form to all passengers. Please answer the form by August 26, 2021 not later than 05:00PM (BKK Time).
Those who have booked their tickets with PinoyThaiyo GO and have not received an email, please message PT GO on its Facebook page. Others may email the PAL Bangkok office at ticket@palbkk.com or contact your travel agent.

Free quarantine for OFWs with OWWA ID or OFW number which can be found on your OEC (BMONLINE Balik Manggagawa). For undocumented OFWs (with Thai Work Permit, but do not have neither OWWA ID nor OEC), please contact the Philippine Embassy in Bangkok for proper advise via email at bangkokpe.consular@dfa.gov.ph.
