After a series of security-related incidents in Bangkok on Friday morning, the Philippine Embassy in Bangkok has urged the Filipino community to remain calm but take extra precautions.
The Embassy also asked the community to cooperate with authorities as they implement heightened security measures.

A total of six bombs detonated at three locations and one explosive device was recovered before it blew up, a senior police officer told Reuters.
Pol Col Kamtorn Uicharoen said three bombs exploded at the Government Complex in Chaeng Wattana and one failed to go off. Two others went off in the Chong Nonsi area.
Meanwhile, Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has condemned those behind the bombings and Tweeted he had already ordered those responsible to protect the people and take care of injured people in a Tweet at 11.12am.
