Philippine Masters, the first pinoy team to compete at the14th World Dragon Boat Racing Championships has snatched the silver award on Wednesday morning.
The race was topped by Spain (first) followed by the Philippines and Thailand, second and third respectively. The event category was Senior Mixed Small.
Around 200 pinoy paddlers, the Philippines has sent the biggest delegation of athletes in Philippine dragon boat history, are now competing on different categories at the 14th World Dragon Boat Racing Championships of the International Dragon Boat Federation (IDBF) in Chonburi from August 20-25, 2019.
More than 3,500 athletes from 30 countries are competing in different categories for five days.
