The Philippines through Department of Trade and Industry (DTI Thailand) is taking part at THAIFEX – World of Food Asia 2019 which is being attended and participated in by over 40 countries around the world.
Cooking demonstration will be on Thursday, May 30 from 3:30 to 4:30 pm at Impact Arena (Challenger 1-3, Hall 5-12) in Nonthaburi. Chefs from Roschas Culinary School will be doing the cooking demonstration of seared bangus fillet on palabok noodles, with coconut milk, and laced with salted egg powder.
THAIFEX – World of Food Asia 2019 is organized by Department of International Trade Promotion with Thai Chamber of Commerce and Koelnmesse of Germany. The event runs from May 28 to June 1. Entrance is free.
