REPLAY: Philippines’ Gilas Cadets win gold at 5th SEABA Cup in Thailand

The Philippines’ Gilas Cadets bagged the 2016 SEABA Stankovic Cup crown after defeating Thailand men’s basketball team, 97-80 on Saturday, May 30, 2016 at Stadium 29, Pakkred, Nonthaburi.

Both teams qualified for the 2016 FIBA Asia Challenge on September 9-18, 2016 in Iran, the first step in qualifying for the 2017 FIBA Asia Cup.

Many Filipinos in Thailand watched the final game in full force to show support to the Philippine basketball team.
