The Philippine Embassy in Bangkok will hold a consular outreach program in Khon Kaen on Saturday, December 17, 2016.
It will be held at Mongkut Thong Function Room on the 2nd floor of Kosa Hotel Khon Kaen at 250-252 Srichan Road Muang, Khon Kaen 4000. The outreach program will start from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
Consular services include passport applications (renewal, lost and damaged passports), passport release, civil registry (birth, marriage, death), notarial services (authentication, certification, acknowledgment, affidavit, special power of attorney), overseas voting registration and embassy identification cards.
The embassy also reminded applicants who want their passport released to first verify online if their passport is ready for release.
Meanwhile, those who wish to get an embassy registration card, applicants are advised to bring original passport, photocopy of passport and one (1×1) ID photo.
