A Filipino teacher died of cardiac arrest on Thursday evening, June 18 in Kalasin, Thailand.
Teacher Reagan Lumacad Repunte, 51, left his wife and two children during the time of pandemic. He was a native of Minglanilla, Cebu and had worked in Thailand as an IEP teacher for 12 years.
Kalasin Province is in the upper northeastern Thailand which is also called Isan.
