Bangkok cancels Chinese New Year celebrations in Chinatown on February 12

The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) has decided to cancel Chinese New Year’s celebrations, scheduled on February 12 in the capital’s Chinatown area, due to concerns over the continued spread of COVID-19 in the city.
