Brillante Mendoza’s film to be screened at NETPAC’s 25th anniversary in Bangkok

“Foster Child”, one of Brillante Mendoza’s masterpieces, will be screened in Bangkok on October 12, 2015 in a special film event to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Network for the Promotion of Asian Cinema (NETPAC).
