PRESS RELEASE: PHILIPPINE CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY-BELLARMINE GLOBAL EDUCATION 3RD GRADUATION RITES IN BANGKOK, THAILAND

Philippine Christian University, through Bangkok-based St. Roberts Group of Companies’ Bellarmine Global Education together with the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) Legislative Academy will hold its 3rd annual Bangkok commencement exercises (and 75th overall) on July 29, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Amari Watergate Hotel, Petchaburi Road, Bangkok.

The university’s Chairman of the Board of Trustees, former Philippine Foreign Affairs Secretary Atty. Perfecto Yasay, will again grace the occasion as the commencement speaker. Together with him this year are Narvacan, Ilocos Sur councilor Luis “Chavit” Singson, also a former governor of the province and current National President of the Philippine Councilors League, former National Irrigation Administration chief, Peter Laviña and officials from both PCU and PCL.

The event is so far the biggest in St. Robert’s 10-year history, with more than 100 municipal and city councilors from all over the Philippines who completed their undergraduate and graduate studies graduating in Bangkok through the St. Robert’s-Philippine Councilors League (PCL) Legislative Academy partnership as well as more than 150 Filipino and foreign students enrolled at PCU-St. Roberts Bangkok Transnational Program, throughout their Diploma up to Graduate programs.

Since its inception in 2008, St. Robert’s through its President and CEO, Dr. Robert Galindez has become the leader in transnational education in Thailand and Indo-China region, and has produced more than 1,000 graduates from all over the globe.
