In a report by Thai News Agency, condominium owners could face fine amounting to 2,000 baht if they are renting their units to foreigners and not reporting the same to the Immigration Bureau.
The warning came as the Ministerial Committee proposes changes to immigration rules. Heavier penalties will be sanctioned to combat transnational crimes.
