There’s another reason to enjoy the Thai capital as the Dinosaur Planet officially opened in Bangkok on Friday, April 1, 2016.
The colossal grand opening was indeed realistic as prehistoric dinosaurs strutted in their gigantic glory. The spectators, both locals and tourists alike were all pleased.
Amongst the attractions, the major highlight is the Dino Eye, also known as the oversized Ferris wheel which gives visitors a lovely birds-eye-view of the park. Also worth mentioning is the Raptor X-Treme in which the guests are placed on a mission wherein they must escape the velociraptor robots.
People behind it created a clever PR move when they drove the dinosaur across the metropolis whilst roaring at the curious passersby. This tactic proved to be very effective enough to be featured in the news.
Admission fees for adults are THB 600 and THB 400 for children below 140 centimeters and free for children below 90 centimeters.
