Alcohol ban extended until April 30 in Bangkok

The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) has extended the ban on the wholesale and retail sale of liquor until the end of the month, April 30 in line with the ban imposed in most provinces of Thailand.

The ban, imposed since April 10, was due to expire today, but City Hall decided that the measure is still necessary in the wake of new COVID-19 infections in the city.
