The international sales team of Century Properties is now in Thailand to promote PHirst Park Homes, a luxurious but affordable housing project specially designed for overseas Filipino workers (OFWs).

Regional Director Mr Arellano arrived on Sunday to lead the international sales and marketing team in Thailand. Arellano is collaborating with Mr Jezreel Llanera, PinoyThaiyo founder and PHirst Park Homes newest international marketing partner. The international sales team is also now in partnership with Filipino Films in Thailand headed by Mr Llanera and Mr Herbert Acedo.
On Sunday afternoon, Arellano held his first meeting with Thailand team and some clients. Some in attendance were Khun Aida Panchamnong, Pastor Fritz Yee, Khun Jirasa Sawatasuk and Ms Jane Cabaya of Kababayan at Kapamilya sa Thailand (KKT).
PHirst Park Homes unit prices in Tanza, Cavite range from 1.4 million to 3 million pesos. Meanwhile, the same project also being developed in Lipa, Batangas starts from 1.1 million pesos.
