It looks like Disney’s world-famous park is set to invade Thailand according to permanent Tourism Secretary Pongpanu Svetarunda.
In a report by ThaiVisa.com, Disney is in talks with the Thai government to build a water-themed park in the country: “DisneySea”.
The Ministry Director said that a study is still needed to be done in order to determine where the theme park would be located.
In May of 2012, Rappler reported that Disney was in talks with the Philippine government of Disney theme park to be located in the Clark Freeport Zone, but no updated negotiations have been in place.
